The Terrible Ideas Hackathon begins TOMORROW here in Tāmaki Makaurau, but its not too late to register. Whether your weekend has just freed up, you've finally got that leave approved, or you've just found out, you can register now to attend the Terrible Ideas Hackathon this weekend, August 2nd - 4th.

This event is open to everyone - students, alumni, Greg from accounting, you, your friends, your lecturer, and probably other people too! You'll form groups with the many wonderful people attending and create truly awe-inspiring disasters. If you haven't hounded your friends into coming, give it a go.

The Terrible Ideas Hackathon is a 46 hour challenge to come up with and create the most fantastically terrible things. It's a weekend to stretch your creative muscles, and for many their first experiences making something with friends. Past projects have included a three-seater mobility couch, clip on bike jandals, and a kettle with ad breaks.
